Montroy DeMarco Architecture was founded in 1990 by Dan Montroy.
In 2005, with demand for the firm’s style of service growing, Dan joined forces with fellow NYIT graduate Richard J. DeMarco. A veteran architect who was then an associate partner at SLCE Architects, Richard enabled the studio to expand its new buildings practice.
Today, as Montroy DeMarco Architecture, the firm employs over 40 staff and continues to expand. But the early days have had a lasting effect on the firm’s operations.
