After studying in Italy at the American University of Rome and receiving his Bachelors of Architecture degree from the New York Institute of Technology, Dan was employed only a few years in the architectural industry before he became inspired to start his own business. Working closely with his friend and fellow NYIT graduate, Steven Andersen, he has since built a legacy in Montroy DeMarco Architecture. Dan’s love of the industry remains evident in his continued desire to improve both his company and himself.
Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and a Registered Architect in New York, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts and Washington D.C., he encourages his employees to continually enhance their skills through learning. With more than 25 years of experience, Dan specializes in the design and management of office, entertainment, residential and mixed-use projects and in turn, cultivates this ability in his firm.
