NEW YORK - Princeton International Properties Corp. has hired Jones Lang LaSalle to lease Tower 52, a 300,000-square-foot, class A office building that's being gamed out for a major overhaul.
JLL vice chairman Scott Panzer, vice president Howard Hersch and associate Jeff Fischer won the assignment for 150 E. 52nd St. in Midtown's Plaza District. They will work with Princeton principal David A. Tawfik and executive vice president Robert Benedetto.
Panzer said the owner is planning to add pre-built office suites and undertake a multimillion-dollar upgrade of the lobby. Architectural firm Montroy Andersen DeMarco will design the pre-built spaces. The suites will feature full glass office fronts and fully equipped pantries.
