498 Seventh Avenue
Montroy DeMarco Architecture LLP evaluated the existing lobby at 498 Seventh Avenue in New York City and then provided recommendations to the building owner to create a building within a building for a new anchor tenant. The proposed design conveys the brand principals and ascetics of the tenant through feature accent colors. By integrating the existing context of the space, the monochromatic lobby features back painted glass, stainless steel ascents and a new building canopy.
