The William Kaufman Organization asked Montroy DeMarco Architecture LLP to design and develop pre-builts for 747 Third Avenue and to rebrand the 1972 building as a leader in the market place. The TAMI pre-builts range in size from 3,049 to 3,202 SF and include a communal lounge area, unique high-end finishes, full height glass doors and partitions. The suites include pre-installed security systems, Wi-Fi and phone rooms.
