What was your most notable project 2017?
17 Jane St. in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village Historic District was my most notable and enjoyable project in 2017. I was the project architect for this six-story, 31,000 s/f luxury residential ground-up development by Edward Minskoff Equities. The design team of David Chipperfield and Montroy DeMarco Architecture led the project through the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s review process, leading to the groundbreaking scheduled for this spring.
