What do you consider to be your greatest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?

As both job captain and project manager, I have successfully completed the exterior and interior redevelopment of Long Island City’s Austell Place Building. The project converted this historic four-story, 50,000 s/f property, a former zipper factory, into a popular commercial building, while preserving its historic feel and surroundings. Our work included the exterior renovation, structural upgrades, and several tenant fit-outs, both commercial offices and the new 12,000 s/f dance studio of the famed Joffrey Ballet School. The property now features a new landscaped green roof accessible by all tenants.
