Fragrance Lab Robot is for an international fragrance company. This project is 5,000 SF on two floors with an exterior deck space. We recently renovated the space – most offices are existing to remain. The lab, conference spaces, cafe and marketing areas are new. Labs, odor booths and evaluation space occupy approximately 22% of the space. Most conference rooms and meeting area (outside and inside) have A/V and IT and are supported by the open cafe. The systems and materials chosen incorporates a number of green features, like an automatic indoor air quality and monitoring system, natural daylight throughout, fiber optic lighting and bamboo flooring.
